Our Sustainability Philosophy is not just an ambition, but an integrated part of how we work and make decisions in our business \u2013 every day. The council initiates, runs and decides together with the steering group on various initiatives and issues within sustainability and acts as a sounding board for all subsidiaries within the group. The members consist of a sustainability coordinator and representatives from all groups with different specialist knowledge in the subject.<\/p>\n Sustainability work is actively carried out in our subsidiaries along the lines of business, where each CEO and management is responsible for integrating and translating sustainability from business strategy into action. The work is guided partly by Group-wide guidelines and directives, and partly by the companies' own initiatives. Both training and data collection take place continuously.
