Inducore acquires Swepart Transmission AB <\/strong>\u2013 complements the group with transmission parts for industry<\/h1>\n

Industrial group Inducore AB<\/strong> in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s has signed an agreement on December 16, 2025 to acquire all shares in Swepart Transmission AB.<\/p>\n

Swepart Transmission AB<\/strong>, with operations in Liatorp and Sibbhult in Sm\u00e5land and Sk\u00e5ne, is today an innovative company that designs and manufactures technically advanced gears, drive shafts and customized gearboxes for well-known global brands. The company has a turnover of almost 600 million and has a total of 230 employees.<\/p>\n

Swepart becomes part of Inducore's Components business area. \u2013"It is gratifying to welcome Swepart to the group. The acquisition is fully in line with our long-term strategy to strengthen our customer offering in the Components business area. I see great opportunities to realize a strong collaboration with our other business operations and thereby develop the business to both existing and new customers. At the same time, I look forward to continuing to collaborate with David Andersson"<\/em> says Emanuel Svensson, business area manager for Inducore Components.<\/p>\n
