The change aims to create even better conditions for long-term growth, increased value creation and efficient capital allocation. In line with the group&#039;s expansion, each business area has over time developed into increasingly independent business operations with different market dynamics, growth opportunities and strategic needs.<\/p>\n<p>In order to fully realize the Group&#039;s future potential, a new Group structure will be established by reshaping the current business area into three separate groups (legal entities), each with a CEO and a board of directors. In connection with the reorganization, <strong>Magnus Biesse<\/strong> leave the role of CEO to take up the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the I groups<strong>NDUCORE<\/strong> <strong>COMPONENTS<\/strong> and <strong>INDUCORE<\/strong> <strong>NORDIC TRUCK BODIES<\/strong> while he remains as CEO of <strong>INDUCORE<\/strong> <strong>PRODUCTS &amp; SYSTEMS<\/strong> with a focus on new acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>The reorganization does not involve any change to Inducore&#039;s fundamental business philosophy. On the contrary, it strengthens the conditions for the decentralized and entrepreneurial-driven working method that has long been a central success factor for the group.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201d&quot;Inducore is expected to have a turnover of over three billion in 2026 and has over time grown into an industrial group with leading positions in several market segments. By establishing three independent groups, we are creating better conditions for long-term growth, increased value creation and more efficient capital allocation, including potential structural transactions and capital market alternatives,&quot; says Magnus Biesse.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As part of the new group structure, <strong>Emanuel Svensson<\/strong> has been appointed CEO and Managing Director of INDUCORE COMPONENTS. At the same time as <strong>Peter Sundell<\/strong> has been nominated as CEO and Managing Director of INDUCORE NORDIC TRUCK BODIES. The board consists of Chairman Magnus Biesse and members Anders Williamsson, Patrik Stolpe, Micaela Institoris and Johan Lundblad.<\/p>\n<p>The board has broad international industry experience and expertise in business development and capital allocation. It will support the company in issues such as digitalization, automation and AI-driven productivity. The board consists of Chairman Magnus Biesse and members Carina Jakobsson, Christer Parkegren and Cecilia Vannesj\u00f6.<\/p>\n<p>The board has in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and bodywork. It also has experience working with leading manufacturers such as Volvo, Scania and Mercedes.
