1997
Founded

The group was founded in connection with Per Vannesjö's AMYMONE INDUSTRI AB acquires HEDEMORA INDUSTRIAKUSTIK AB (HIAK) with operations in Hedemora.

2002

ILSBO INDUSTRIES AB acquired, including the subsidiary J.SÖRLING AB with operations in Knivsta and Enånger

2004

The third acquisition will be ATLINGS MACHINERY FABRICATION AB with operations in Ockelbo.

2006

Acquisition of ARENCO AB with operations in Halmstad and Kalmar and with subsidiaries in Shanghai, China, SHANGHAI ARENCO MACHINERY, CO. LTD

2007

The business J.SÖRLING AB and ILSBO INDUSTRIES AB now merged into J.SÖRLING-ILSBO AB with continued operations in Knivsta and Enånger.

2008

Acquisition of PLS FLAK & CABINET AB with operations in Rydaholm. Acquisition of WE-GRE WORKSHOP AB with an operation in Gävle. HIAK AB starts HIAK AIR AB which is 50.1 percent owned.

2010

HIAK AIR AB acquires FILTAC AB with operations in Kinna. Operations in WE-GRE WORKSHOP AB becomes a profit center within ATLINGS MACHINERY FABRICATION AB.

2011

The Group now appoints its first external CEO (Petter Arvidsson). Acquisition of BOLLNÄS WORKSHOP PRODUCTION AB with operations in Alfta. Acquisition of SALA BODYWORK AB in Sala.

2012

ATLINGS MACHINERY FABRICATION AB Discontinues operations in Gävle

2013

Acquisition of LEMONT AB with operations in Ludvika, Grangärde and Morgårdshammar

2015

AMYMONE INDUSTRI AB changing name to INDUCORE ABThe company NORDIC TRUCK BODIES Sp zoo is launched in Wroclaw, Poland. LEMONT AB acquires SVANSTROMS PAINTINGS AB with operations in Smedjebacken and LOGWELD AB with operations in Nyhammar and Borlänge. HIAK AIR AB chooses to divest the business in FILTAC AB

2016

Acquisition of AXIPTO AB with operations in Nybro, Målilla and Mönsterås. PLS TRUCK BODIES AB acquires NORFRIG SWEDEN AB with operations in Tomelilla, Malmö and Örebro. Joint sales company PLS/NORFRIG AS is started in Norway. J.SÖRLING-ILSBO AB acquires 10 percent of the shares in RICH STEEN AS in Norway. ARENCO AB acquires KALMAR WORKSHOP COMPETENCE ABThe group reaches 1 billion SEK in sales

2017

Magnus Biesse takes office as new President and CEO of INDUCORE AB. The activities in SALA BODYWORK AB to be wound up

2018

LOGWELD AB merged into LEMONT AB. Acquisition of BJÖRKÖ MECHANICAL AB with operations in Björköby and BN-TECHNIK AB with operations in Eksjö

2021

Acquisition of GEHAB QUALITY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AB with operations in Alvesta, Ulricehamn and Stockholm

2023

The group reaches SEK 2 billion in sales

2024

Acquisition of Foreign city utilities with operations in Nossebro and Sjölanders Mechanical in Vasteras

2025

Acquisition of Presona AB with operations in Tomelilla
