At Inducore, sustainability is an inherent part of daily work and strategic planning. Through measurable focus areas and clear follow-up, sustainability is integrated throughout the business. This creates transparency, drives improvements and ensures real impact for people, the environment and the economy for a sustainable future.
About the Group's sustainability work
We work on the basis of clear sustainability goals based on our dual materiality analysis, which we carry out annually in accordance with the EU CSRD directive. Our decentralized group structure enables both broad group-wide initiatives and space for each subsidiary to make decisions on local sustainability initiatives. As a unifying, coordinating and supporting body in the sustainability area, there is a group-wide Sustainability Council. The Council guides, supports and monitors the group and subsidiaries on various sustainability issues.
Division of responsibilities
The board and CEO of each subsidiary are responsible for ensuring that sustainability work is integrated into the respective company, that applicable regulations are complied with, and that decided group-wide initiatives are implemented. Inducore encourages each subsidiary to run its own initiatives that strengthen their local sustainability efforts.

The 3P sustainability model
Through the People, Planet, Profit (3P) model, also known as the Triple Bottom Line, we take responsibility for our entire impact on people, the environment and the economy. Within Inducore, we have translated these into Social, Environment and Entrepreneurship. The goal of the model is to make the balance between the three areas visible; real success is measured in how well social responsibility, environmental consideration and economic viability interact for healthy growth. Sustainable operations create positive effects in all three areas.
Environment (Planet)
Environmental sustainability means minimizing negative impacts on our nature by being careful with resources, reducing emissions, protecting ecosystems and working towards a circular economy.

How we work with sustainability
Annual measurement and data collection
Data collection is carried out and recorded continuously by each subsidiary. The results of the data collection are analyzed by the Group's sustainability coordinator and coordinator to be compiled semi-annually for review. We do this to be able to see whether we are in line with our Group-wide goals or need to do any additional activity to achieve them. Both results and analysis are communicated and discussed with the respective subsidiary's CEO, who is then responsible for communicating the results internally within their organization.
Sustainability advice
Inducore, together with its two sister groups, runs a group-wide sustainability council. The council initiates, runs and produces decision-making materials for the sustainability steering group and acts as a sounding board for all subsidiaries within the group. The members consist of a sustainability coordinator and representatives from all groups with different specialist knowledge in the subject. The steering group consists of each group's CEO.

Sustainability Coordinator
Monica Sundell
Since 2022, Monica has been driving and coordinating sustainability work within Inducore.
She has a beating heart for improvement work and sustainability, an interest and commitment that was awakened already in the 80s. With her over 40 years of experience from the industry and deep knowledge of sustainability issues, Monica supports and guides our subsidiaries in the important sustainability work.
