Inducore acquires Swepart Transmission AB – complements the group with transmission parts for industry

Industrial group Inducore AB in Västerås has signed an agreement on December 16, 2025 to acquire all shares in Swepart Transmission AB.

Swepart Transmission AB, with operations in Liatorp and Sibbhult in Småland and Skåne, is today an innovative company that designs and manufactures technically advanced gears, drive shafts and customized gearboxes for well-known global brands. The company has a turnover of almost 600 million and has a total of 230 employees.

Swepart becomes part of Inducore's Components business area. –"It is gratifying to welcome Swepart to the group. I see great opportunities to realize a strong collaboration with our other business operations and thereby develop the business to both existing and new customers.
