Inducore as an industrial group is now taking the next step and implementing a new group structure as part of the company's continued development and growth journey. The change aims to create even better conditions for long-term growth, increased value creation and efficient capital allocation. In line with the group's expansion, each business area has over time developed into increasingly independent business operations with different market dynamics, growth opportunities and strategic needs.

In order to fully realize the Group's future potential, a new Group structure will be established by reshaping the current business area into three separate groups (legal entities), each with a CEO and a board of directors. In connection with the reorganization, Magnus Biesse leave the role of CEO to take up the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the I groupsNDUCORE COMPONENTS and INDUCORE NORDIC TRUCK BODIES while he remains as CEO of INDUCORE PRODUCTS & SYSTEMS with a focus on new acquisitions.

The reorganization does not involve any change to Inducore's fundamental business philosophy. On the contrary, it strengthens the conditions for the decentralized and entrepreneurial-driven working method that has long been a central success factor for the group.

”"Inducore is expected to have a turnover of over three billion in 2026 and has over time grown into an industrial group with leading positions in several market segments. By establishing three independent groups, we are creating better conditions for long-term growth, increased value creation and more efficient capital allocation, including potential structural transactions and capital market alternatives," says Magnus Biesse.

As part of the new group structure, Emanuel Svensson has been appointed CEO and Managing Director of INDUCORE COMPONENTS. At the same time as Peter Sundell has been nominated as CEO and Managing Director of INDUCORE NORDIC TRUCK BODIES. The appointment of strong and experienced leaders for our operations is a natural part, while we are now appointing external board members with relevant experience and expertise to support the groups' continued growth and value creation.

The new group structure will come into effect on January 1, 2027.
