INDUCORE acquires Presona AB – strengthens its position within sustainable system solutions

Industrial group Inducore AB signed an agreement on June 16, 2025 to acquire all shares in Presona AB.

Presona AB, headquartered in Tomelilla, is one of the world's leading suppliers and manufacturers of advanced balers with pre-press technology for the efficient handling of materials such as paper, plastic and household waste. The model program is extensive, has high demands on performance and operational reliability and also includes compactors, mills and air transport systems. The company has a global market and has so far delivered solutions to over 65 countries with a turnover of approximately SEK 135 million. With its 32 employees, Presona is an important player in the development of qualitative and sustainable waste management.

The acquisition is part of Inducore's long-term strategy to grow with its own products and the company will be integrated into the System Solutions business area and takeover will take place on June 30, 2025.
